Looks like it is free until the 20th of April to send messages and call people in Japan for Verizon Wireless customers. If you are billed you should get a credit shortly after your billing cycle for that. Goolge is planning on building and testing a ultra-high speed broadband network for a number of small locations across the country. While Google only indicates that these networks will be “trial”. We can only speculate that after the installation and use of these networks there will be more demand for such network.
